3.10 How do I request SCS access to EFP through the Self-Service Portal?

With Supervisor Access, you can view most Supply Chain screens in the Client. However, to release requisitions, you need Supply Chain access added to your role. If that's the case, please submit a request for that access.
1. Open an Internet Browser and go to the ATS Home Page.
2. Click on the Self-Service Portal hyperlink in the lowest panel.
3. In the middle of the screen, choose the green Request a Service option.
4. Choose Select the Software option.
5. Select the Application Access template.
6. Select eFACTORYPRO 3.0 from the drop-down in the Application Name field.
7. Select a Target Date.
8. Enter the description of what you would like added.
9. Add any attachments that are necessary.
10. Select Add Request.
11. User will get a confirmation message that the request was added.
12. If the User selects View Request they will be shown their request in this format.
13. Once back at the users home screen they can see it under My Summary the status of that request.
