2.7 When would I mark a Task with the Task Status "Ready for Execution"?

Updated on

THIS CAN NOT BE DONE MAUNALLY IN THE TECHNICIAN WORK MODULE

This is used to indicate that the Task has been scheduled with the Customer, assigned to a Technician, and is ready to be completed. This is another option vs. using the Status of Scheduled to indicate that the Task is ready for execution. Ready For Execution is usually managed trough a workflow. Once the task has been fully assigned by your Planner/Scheduler (in the Planner Portal) it will be automatically changed to Ready For Execution once certain criteria has been met.

If a user tries to change to this status manually the "Ready for Execution" status is grayed out and unselectable.
