Verification Device is used specifically by one of our Customers and designed to identify Tasks done on areas of the plant that directly impact Quality and Testing. This Sub-type could be used on all Work Order Types, but is most often found on MRCT Work Orders, CM Tasks.
1. In the Work Module, to mark a Task with the Verification Device Sub-type, find the task and highlight the row to load it from the grid.
2. Go to the Task Summary screen
3. Click Edit.
4. Click on the Task Activity Sub-type drop-down arrow.
5. Choose Verification Device from the list.
6. Click Save.
7. The sub-type is now displayed in the summary panel.
Task Activity Sub-types will show on both your Shift Turnover Reports and in Power BI Reporting.
