2.15 How can I see which Tasks have Task Activity Sub-types?

Essential Resources: To complete this training you must have access to eFACTORYPRO.

2. Select Reports.

3. The ATS Reporting Server will load.

To access the server directly, click here:  https://ssrs.advancedtech.com/Reports/browse/

4. Click on the ATS Report Folder for your language preference.

5. Click on the Task Sub-Type Report.

6. The four-digit Site Number is the only mandatory field.  

7. Click View Report.

8. The Task Created From and Task Created To dates will populate with a 30-day date range and the report will begin to build.  

If you want a different date range, simply hit Cancel, change the Date Range, and hit View Report again.

9. You will know the report is building properly when the bar underneath the search parameters loads.

10. Once the report loads, you can click on the drop-down arrow next to the floppy disk icon to export the data to a number of formats.

Other than the Task Activity Sub-types, the Report lists the following fields:  

  • Site
  • Task ID
  • Description
  • Team ID
  • Priority
  • Task Template ID
  • Task Creation Date
  • Malfunction Type
  • Malfunction Start and Stop Times
  • Repair Time
  • Down Time
  • Total Labor Hours
  • Compliance Start and Finish Dates
  • Variance Reason
  • Created By
  • Assigned To*
  • Task Start
  • Task End
  • Total Labor Cost
  • Asset ID
  • Asset Description
  • Internal Description
  • Sublocation
  • Sublocation Description
  • Site Reference 1 & 2 (these fields are usually used by sites for building or cost center information)
  • Work Order ID
  • Task Status
  • Task Status Reason
  • Completion Date
  • Reviewed Date
  • Breakdown
  • Duration
  • Work Order Creation Date
  • Text Line Code
  • Remarks
  • Remarks Creation Date
  • Event Type
  • Contact First and Last Names
