3.9 How do I request access to EFP through the Self-Service Portal?

Essential Resources: To complete this training you must have an ATS company login and device.

This training will show you how to request access to EFP through the Sefl-service Portal.

If you are going to work at a different site than your default site, or if you are a Traveling Tech and switch Sites on a somewhat consistent basis, you need to put in a request through the Self-Service Portal to have the new site added to your profile.  

If you’ll be working at a different site from your default or if you're a Traveling Tech who frequently switches sites, please submit a request through the Self-Service Portal to have the new site added to your profile.

1. Open an Internet Browser and go to the ATS Home Page.

You may be asked to use your ATS credentials.

3. Select the green box: Request a Service.

4. Select Software.

5. Select Application Access.

6. The panel opens. Under the drop down of Application Name select eFactoryPro 3.0 - Portal.

7. Enter a Target Date (required)

8. Enter a Subject (the default will be Application Access but users can change that)

9. Enter a specific description of what you are requesting

10. Upload any Attachments

11. Select Add Request

12. The user will get a confirmation message about the request.

13. If View Request is select the user will see the request in this format.

14. Once back at the users home screen they can see it under My Summary the status of that request.
