Essential Resources: To complete this training you must have an ATS company login and device.
This training will show you how to request access to EFP through the Sefl-service Portal.
If you are going to work at a different site than your default site, or if you are a Traveling Tech and switch Sites on a somewhat consistent basis, you need to put in a request through the Self-Service Portal to have the new site added to your profile.
If you’ll be working at a different site from your default or if you're a Traveling Tech who frequently switches sites, please submit a request through the Self-Service Portal to have the new site added to your profile.
1. Open an Internet Browser and go to the ATS Home Page.

2. Click on the Self-Service Portal hyperlink in the lowest panel.
You may be asked to use your ATS credentials.

7. Enter a Target Date (required)
8. Enter a Subject (the default will be Application Access but users can change that)
9. Enter a specific description of what you are requesting
10. Upload any Attachments
12. The user will get a confirmation message about the request.
