Updated on

Essential Resources: To complete this training you must have access to eFACTORYPRO.

This training will take you through what you need to know about Compliance Windows.  For more information see PM/PdM Compliance - ATS Standard

Stay on top of your data! If you update data older than 4 months, changes won’t appear until the following Monday after an overnight refresh on Sunday. For data older than 13 months, updates may not be worth it, as changes will only show on the second day of the next month.

1. Every PM has a Compliance Window consisting of a Compliance Start Date and Compliance Finish Date.

The PM Schedule Rule (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, etc.) determines the length of the Compliance Window.

The Compliance Window is basically 20% of the PM Schedule Rule.  See screenshot below. The right column shows number of days.

Metered PMs are the exception.  All Metered PMs generate with a 2 week compliance window.

2. The Compliance Window is visible in Work Module.

From the Task Summary screen:

1. You can see the Compliance Window in the Top Grid, or by scrolling to the very bottom of the Task Summary Pane.

From the Open PM Task list:

1. the Compliance Dates are listed on the screen. You can sort by clicking on the heading to reveal the ascending/descending arrows.

3. Click on the horizontal three lines icon and then the vertical horizontal line icon to filter by compliance type.

Important Things to Know:
  • The PM CANNOT be started BEFORE the Compliance Start Date and MUST have the last labor stamp on or before the Compliance Finish Date in order to be compliant.
  • The final time stamp and the completion of the Task must be inside the Compliance Window in order for the PM to count toward your Compliance metrics.
  • The last Labor Stamp and the completion of the Task must be before the end of the Compliance Finish Date.  To comply with WEM Principles, the PM should be completed and closed (reviewed) in the period that it was scheduled.
