1.2 How do I see who is listed in eFACTORYPRO for the Roles at my Site?

Updated on

eFACTORYPRO has certain people listed in the system for designated roles.  As a constraint of the system, there can only be one person designated per role (i.e. 1 Planner Scheduler, 1 Supply Chain Specialist, etc.)

In most cases, as long as you know the USER ID of the person listed in your Place ID, it's very easy to work within the constraints of the system.

1. In the system search in the upper right corner, type places, and click on that tab to open.

2. Expand the Red Chevron in the Search Field.

3. Under the General Tab, type in your four-digit site number.

4. Click the green magnifying glass.

5. Click on the ST record to bring up your site's information.

Remember, NEVER use the BT# -- this is just where we send the bill for your site.  All of your Site Specific information is loaded under the ST# tab.

6. Click on the Persons Tab in the lower workspace.

7. There are 7 possible Roles that can be listed:

7.1. Buyer:  This is the your primary buyer; however, all buyer escalations go to a distribution list, so if your buyer is Out Of Office, the escalations will be handled by another member of the purchasing team.

7.2. SCS:  Whoever is listed here will be the "owner" of Escalations for Service Requests and Stock Min/Max approvals up to a $500 dollar limit.

7.3. ABM:  For informational purposes only - no info is sent through the system to them.

7.4. GM: For informational purposes only - no info is sent through the system to them.

7.5. P/S:  For informational purposes only - no info is sent through the system to them.

7.6. Site Manager:  T&M Quote approval and Min/Max escalation approval over the $500 dollar limit goes to the person listed here.

7.7. VP:  For informational purposes only - no info is sent through the system to them.

  • The Operations team is responsible for communicating any changes to the Operations Roles for the site, and the Purchasing Supervisor is responsible for communicating if the Buyer changes.
  • Changes can be communicated through a MyE ticket or via an email or phone call to the Service Desk.
