You can no longer re-open a Task that is in a reviewed status.
This makes it even more important that you pay attention to what is happening when you review the task. Check all the badges that have a number greater than one. Be sure you are confirming the downtime, parts used, and if the RCA Codes and notes match what was originally requested in the work request.
If, you need to re-open a Task in a reviewed status, please enter a Ticket with the help desk explaining why it needs to be re-opened.
Provide the Site# Work Order ID, Task ID, and reason for requiring the task to be reopened.
The Service Desk will contact the Operations Team for Approval. Once approval has been given, the WO/Task will be reopened so you can correct the issue.
Normal turn-around time for these issues can be up to 7 days.
