1.1 As a Supervisor, how do I navigate the Work Module?

Updated on

Essential Resources: To complete this training you must have access to eFACTORYPRO.

Supervisor access is different from Client access. In order to have Supervisor functionality the Supervisor role will have to be added to your profile.

A video on this topic can be found by clicking link below. This will be where Supervisors can review, cancel, reopen, approve or complete a task.

Home Screen Navigation

2. The default view will be My Work.

As a supervisor you will probably not have anything here. So use the side bar to navigate to the different screens.

The Main Menu (TOP)
1. My Work

This will be a view that displays the work assigned to the user for that specific day.

2. Tasks

This will be the default screen. It will display all the Tasks for that site.

3. Work Orders

It will display all the Work Orders for that site.

4. Parts

This is a screen that allows the user to start the Work Order creation process by first selecting a part.

6. Equipment

This will take the user to a screen that will display all the equipment for that site. It will also display the summary, associated work orders and task, and will also start off the work order creation process by first selecting the equipment.

7. Review - This will be where Supervisors can review, cancel, reopen, approve or complete a task.

10. Supply Chain

11. Control Center

Here a user can create site-specific event notification (i.e. - a critical 1 machine going down).

2. List View

This will be a drop down to let users populate the lower grid with pre-set views using various filters.

3. Table Filters

This will allow the user to add multiple filter options to create a very specific list in the grid.

4. Lower Panel

Here is where the selected task, work order, etc. will be displayed.

6. Summary Edit

Clicking this icon will allow users to change things like Status, Status Reason, etc.

2. In the right hand corner is the User Menu Icon.

The Portal keeps you signed in for 12 hours, but if you want to exit before then, this is where you would log-out. You can also install the desktop Client from this drop down.

3. Next to that is the User Voice icon.

This is where users can voice their opinions to improve the EFP experience.

4. The drop-down arrow next to the site the user is currently logged into will display the other sites that are available according to the users credentials.

To change site select the new site. To change the DEFAULT site (for when you log in) select the star next to that site.

This will allow users to use several different parameters to shorten the list in the grid results.

6. Column Filters

By clicking on the 3 line icon at the top of the column users will get two options.

Three Horizontal Lines will allow users to Pin that column, autosize that column or ALL the columns back to their original size, and to reset all the columns back to their default size and order at once.

Three Vertical Lines will allow the users to select and unselect what columns they want to see in the grid view.

When it comes to these two icon all the columns will have the same filtering options.
