Updated on

Essential Resources: To complete this training you must have access to eFACTORYPRO.

This article will show you through how to get to a Task or Work Order that is causing downtime from the Equipment Status Monitor.

1. From the Status Monitor, select a piece of Down/Reduced equipment.

The default view in this panel will be Details.

Information of the malfunction that has brought the machine down will now populate.

These will take you to the work order or task that has an active malfunction.

  • If there is more than one work order associated to the selected piece of equipment, it will also display in this view.
  • More than one listing means you most likely have an overlapping malfunction.  THIS NEEDS TO BE CLEARED UP IMMEDIATELY.
  • If the task gets completed/closed with an overlapping malfunction, the site will be charged double downtime for any overlap.
  • How do I correct overlapping Malfunction times?

4. By clicking either link, a new window will pop up with the Tech Module displaying your selection in the lower panel.
