1.6 As a Supervisor, how can I see the percentage of Work Orders that were put in by ATS vs. the Customer for the previous month?

Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.

As much as possible, we want our Customer to put in our requests for work.  Here is an easy way to see what percentage of the tickets entered for the previous month were entered by the Customer.

1. Log into the Work Module and select Work Orders from the Navigation Pane.

2. Click on ALL WORK ORDERS from the drop down.

3. Click on the funnel icon to bring up the filters.  

4. Under Work Order type, remove the checkbox next to MPRO.  These are automatically generated by the system so they don't count in your total.

5. Go to the filter for CREATED.

6. Change the Start Date from OFFSET to DATE.

7. Enter the beginning of your date range.

8. Do the same thing for the End Date.  

9. Remember to hit SET to or your dates won't save.

10. Hit APPLY to execute your search results.

11. The grid is now filtered to show the results.

12. Click on the download and export icon right under the +Work Order button.

13. You will see an Excel spreadsheet in your downloads.  This can look differently depending on which browser you are using.

14. Open the file.  Enable Editing. Apply filters to the header row.

15. The spreadsheet is filtered for all Requestors (ATS and Customer).  

16. Click on the Select All to Uncheck all the boxes.  

17. Go back in and check only the boxes for the Customer names at your site.

18. The spreadsheet will update to show the total for Customer generated work orders.
