6.6 Accumulated Labor Report: How can I see all the Labor Stamps for my Technicians for the last month?

Updated on

Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.

The Accumulated Labor report shows you what the Tech actually entered as a time stamp.  It is current as of the time you run it.

This is different than the Tech Utilization report in Power BI.  All reports in Power Bi are only current as of the previous day.  Additionally, Tech Utilization compares eFACTORYPRO Labor Stamps to Workday entries.  Since Workday payroll entries are only updated a couple times a month, the number will be skewed the vast majority of the time.

1. Open your internet browser and type this URL in your address bar:   https://ssrs.advancedtech.com/Reports/

2. The SQL Server will Load.  Click on the Browse Tab unless you have marked the Accumulated Labor Report in your Favorites.

3. Click on the ATS FMS Reports Folder.

4. Select the Accumulated Labor Tile from the Reports option.

5. Enter your four-digit site number.

6. To see all Technicians, leave the Null checkbox checked.

7. You can select a type of work order or Asset ID if you prefer.

8. By default, the report will show 30 days.  If you want to adjust the dates and times, simply click on the calendar.

9. If you want to see Work Orders for a specific sublocation only, you can remove the Null checkmark and choose one or more.

10. You can customize the report for certain Teams only by unchecking the Null box.

11. If you want to see a specific Task Activity Subtype (Vendor Contract, Cost Savings, Non-Avoidable Down Time, etc.), that can be chosen.

12. You must select the site's time zone since this is pulling work order data.

13. Click View Report.

14. A message tells you that the report is processing.

15. You will know that the report is loading properly when the bar below the report criteria appears.

  • If you do not see the bar after 1 minute, hit Cancel and View Report again.
  • If it is a very large report or your site has very slow internet connectivity, you may want to wait as long as 5 minutes.

16. Click on the floppy disc icon to Export.
