6.1 Mobile App - How do I activate/deactivate Offline Mode?

Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.

1. From the Home screen select the 3 line icon in the upper left corner.

2. This will populate a side panel. There are many option here but one a toggle to activate offline mode.

3. Once switched on the user will get a message stating they are going into offline and that only downloaded content will be available. Select Yes.

4. The user will then see at the top of the screen a red line indicating they are in Offline Mode. You will also see a cloud with a line through it and the OFFLINE displayed in the middle of that red bar.

5. If the user has not downloaded any task they will have zero results.

6. If there are Tasks downloaded by the user ONLY those will populate. The user will also see how much time is left on the 24 hour time limit they have to get their work done and synced back to the system.

7. To deactivate go back to the Home screen and the offline toggle. Select it.

8. Confirm that the user wants to deactivate offline mode.

9. A message will confirm the offline work was completed successfully. Dismiss will take you back to the previous screen. Remove will remove ALL the tasks that were previously downloaded to offline mode.

10. A different message will confirm if there were errors for any reason while syncing.

  • Clicking on "Yes" will take the user to the Notification Hub where they will be able to see the specific error notifications.
  • Clicking on "No" will take the user in the Online Mode discarding any changes that had errors.
