1.3 Mobile App - Technicians: Basic App Navigation

The HOME button at the bottom of the screen will always bring the users back here.

1. 3 line icon:

1.2. Off-Line Toggle: this is how a user can activate the offline mode of the mobile app.

1.3. Log Out: this is where a user can log out of the mobile app.

1.4. Version: this will tell which version of the app the user is currently using.

1.5. Help Line: this is a number user can call for help with EFP.

1.6. Support Email: this is an email users can use to connect to a help desk for EFP.

2. 3 dot Icon:

2.1. Create Work Order - this will kick off the creation process for a new Work Order.

2.2. Cancel - will take the user back to the home screen.

3. Site Information -

3.1. This displays what site the user is logged into.

3.2. If a user has access to multiple sites they can select their current site and they will see a list of the others that they have access. Here they can select a new site to work within or change their default site (by selecting the radio button on the right). The current site will read in a BOLD font.

3.3. User Info:

  • My Work: this will show the number of assigned Tasks for that specific day.
  • Open Tasks: This will display the number of Open Task for that site.
  • All Tasks: Will display the number of Tasks from that site.
  • Open WO: Will display the amount of work orders that are currently open for that site.
  • All WO: Will display the number of work orders from that site.
  • Equipment: shows the number of pieces equipment active at the site.

This is also the way users will change their default site. Once a site is changed that will become the new default site.

4. My Work -

4.2. Left Arrow - this will take the user to the previous day and farther back.

4.3. One Day Calendar - this will bring the user back to the current day if they gone forward or backward on their My Work day.

4.4. Multi-day Calendar - this will pull up a calendar and the user can select a specific day to view.

4.5. Right Arrow - this will take the user to the next day and further out.

5. Tasks -

Default view will be All Open Tasks

5.1. Table Filters - this will allow the user to filter this view by using all the filtering options. This will allow the grid to populate with a very specific list of work.

Available Filters for this screen:

  • Preset View: All Open Tasks,  All carryover Tasks, Today's Schedule, Down and Reduced, Recent Customer Tasks, Open Safety Tasks, Open Tasks WMAT, All Open PMs, Low Priority, Reviewed Tasks, All Tasks, Custom.

  • Safety
  • Status
  • Status Reason
  • Asset ID
  • Asset Description
  • Malf Type
  • Operating Status
  • Created
  • Planned Start
  • Compliance Start
  • Compliance Finish

5.2. Task lines - this will take the user to that specific task to start their work. It will also show the user important information.

6. Work Orders -

Default view will be Open Work Orders.

6.1. Table Filters - this will allow the user to filter this view by using all the filtering options. This will allow the grid to populate with a very specific list of work.

Available Filters on this screen:

  • Preset Views: Open Work Orders, Closed Work Orders, All Work Orders, Custom.
  • WO ID
  • Task ID
  • Safety
  • WO Type
  • Description
  • Created
  • Status
  • Requestor
  • Asset ID
  • Asset Description
  • Operating Status
  • Sub-Location
  • Priority
  • Regulatory

 

6.2. Work Order lines - this will take the user to that specific work order to start their work. It will also show the user important information.

  • Regulatory Work Order
  • Work Order Status
  • Work Order Priority
  • Work Order ID
  • Work Order Description
  • Work Order Creation Date

7. Equipment -

This will take you to the Equipment Status Monitor (ESM).

7.1. All Equipment - this will show a list of all the pieces of equipment at the site.

7.2. Down Equipment - this will show all the equipment with a DOWN status.

7.3. Reduced Equipment - this will show all the equipment with a REDUCED status.

7.4. Up Equipment - this will show all the equipment with an UP status.

7.5. Idle Equipment - this will show all the equipment with a IDLE status.

7.6. Table Filters

Available filter for THIS view will allow the user to select a specific group.

8. Table Filter from one of the above views (UP, DOWN, REDUCED, IDLE)

Here users will be able to filter through Sub-Locations and Alert Types.

9. From any piece of equipment viewed from Equipment/ESM users will have the option to create a Work Order.

This will result in a Work Order creation process with that piece of equipment already populated during the creation.
