1.15 Mobile App - As a Technician, how do I view equipment service history?

Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.

This will be a way to see all the Work Orders and Tasks that have ever been put against a specific piece of equipment.

1. Log into the mobile app and select the Equipment tab at the bottom of the home screen.

2. The ESM will populate. Select one of the squares: All Equipment, Down (red), Reduced (yellow), Up (blue), Idle (gray) to find the desired piece of equipment. For this example we will choose All Equipment.

3. The user will have the option to filter the populated list by using the Table Filters icon in the upper right corner. Options are Sub-Location Selection and Alert Type Selection.

4. Or the user can use the universal search bar at the top to search a specific search term.

5. Once a piece of equipment is selected the user will be taken to the icon screen.

6. To View the Malfunction history select the Malfunction icon.

7. To view the Work order history select the Work Order icon.

8. To View the Task history select the Task icon.

Users will have the option of seeing current or historical tasks under this view. Tabs are at the top.

9. To View the Alert history select the Alert icon.

Clicking the WO, Task, Malfunction, or Alert lines takes you directly into the details of that line.
