4.5 Mobile App - How can I get to a Task or Work Order that is causing downtime from the ESM?

1. From the Status Monitor, use the Filter Icon to navigate to a specific Site and/or select the red/DOWN tile.

3. Select the Malfunctions icon and select the Malfunction.

4. Details of the malfunction will populate.

  • If there is more than one work order associated to the selected piece of equipment, it will also display in this view.  
  • More than one listing means you most likely have an overlapping malfunction.  THIS NEEDS TO BE CLEARED UP IMMEDIATELY.
  • If the task gets completed/closed with an overlapping malfunction, the site will be charged double downtime for any overlap.
