Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.
1. From the Status Monitor, use the Filter Icon to navigate to a specific Site and/or select the red/DOWN tile.
2. Select a piece of Down/Reduced equipment or use the filter icon to filter results by Sublocation or Alert Type Selection.
4. Details of the malfunction will populate.

5. Both the Work Order ID and the Task ID that are listed are hyperlinks. These will take you to the work order or task that has an active malfunction.

- If there is more than one work order associated to the selected piece of equipment, it will also display in this view.
- More than one listing means you most likely have an overlapping malfunction. THIS NEEDS TO BE CLEARED UP IMMEDIATELY.
- If the task gets completed/closed with an overlapping malfunction, the site will be charged double downtime for any overlap.
