Please keep in mind, you will want to cancel both the Work Order and the associated Task(s). This will only be possible if there is NO work done against any of the Tasks under the Work Order.
1. Find the Task and click on it to load the Task View screen.
2. Click on the three blue dots (...) in the upper right hand corner.
3. Click on Cancel Task in the pop-up in the lower portion of the screen. This will cancel both the Task and the Work Order in one step.
4. Select YES to confirm the cancellation.
5. The user will see a notification that the Task and Work Order has been canceled.
As long as there is only one Task associated to this Work Order, the Work Order will cancel as well.
6. The Task/Work Order will show CANCELED in the Summary.
From the Supervisor role, this Work Order can be re-opened as long as it has NOT gone through the Review Process.
Once it is reviewed, it is cannot be re-opened without approval from the WEM Team and a ticket to the Service Desk.
