With the roll-out of the scheduling portal, Technicians will be assigned to tasks through the Daily Scheduling functionality in the Planner Portal. Users will only see technician assignments in this manner after that point.
One of the big benefits of using the Daily Scheduling Portal is that there can be multiple people of different skillsets (and even different times) assigned to the task. This is all handled by the Supervisor or P/S.
1. From the Task Icon Screen select the Summary icon.
2. The default screen is DETAILS. Select ASSIGN.
3. If there is a Technician assign to that task it will be displayed here.

4. If there is no tech assigned and in the planner portal there has been no time associated it will look like this.

5. Here is an example of what it will look like with multiple techs assigned to the same task.

6. In all the above views you will notice that the TEAM assign is a drop down. This can be changed at anytime.
7. User must select SAVE in the upper right after changing.
