The Planner/Scheduler can add a hyperlink to the Job Plan in the Planner Portal. Because those will flow all the way to the task, every time the task is generated, that is the most efficient way to do it if you want the same link to be available on a all subsequent tasks.
If the task has already generated, the Planner Scheduler can also add the link in the Planning Wizard.
Any link or attachment that has been added can only be deleted by the created user or someone with Supervisor access.
1. Go to the Tasks tab and click on the task to access the Task Menu.
2. Click on the Attachment icon.
3. Select the Hyperlinks/Attachments tab.
4. If any hyperlinks have already been added to the Task, they will show up in the box listed here.
5. The URL can be deleted by swiping left on the note, selecting Delete, selecting Yes to confirm if the user created the Attachment/Link.
6. The URL can be edited by clicking Details on the link Attachment/Link and clicking save if the user created the Attachment/Link.
7. A confirmation message in the bottom of the window will appear stating that the task was updated.
If you have a link that you would like to see added to the Task's Job Plan going forward, please add the link using the feedback icon so it gets added on the Job Plan.
