Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.
This functionality will only be available to workers with Supervisor credentials or higher.
1. From the Task Menu select the Summary icon.
2. The default will be Standard Technician, marked as NO in the field. Select the drop down to change it to Qualified Technician.
3. Select OK.
4. The task is now marked as needing a Qualified Technician.
