7.4 Mobile App - How do the filters work on the Parts Search screen?

Here we will take a look at how to use the filters when searching for a part. When adding a parts need the default view will be what is in the machines BOM as well as Related machines BOM. The filter icon will allow users to refine their search outside of this default option.

1. From the Add Part Need screen select the Filter icon.

2. My Site  - by default this is ON. Clicking the toggle off will open the search outside of what your site has in stock.

3. In Stock - Clicking the toggle on will open the search to what your site has in stock.

4. Commodity Group - this will let the users refine their search to a specific category of parts.

5. Manufacturer - this will allow you to filter the part according to their MFG. User can scroll the list or enter a name in the search bar to narrow results.

6. Equipment -

7. Once the user has applied any filters select Apply.

8. Results will populate and a more broad search can be made using the search bar.
