From the home screen of the Mobile App, click on the Tasks tab and find the Task.
1. STEPS - At a very minimum, all Tasks will include the Pre-Task Analysis. This is the safety checklist that the Techs perform before each job to ensure that they are following ATS' Zero Incident Culture.
If you are working on a PM, the Steps will also contain the operations needed to perform the work.
2. Click on the circle next to the step to complete it. A confirmation message will appear.
To navigate back to the Task Summary panel, click the arrow in the Top Navigation Bar.
Proactive Task types have considerably more steps that are required to complete the PM or PdM. Most of the time, all the steps that are listed are required, but occasionally you will see a step that is optional. An example might be: Check the filter, and if needed, change it. If you change the filter, make a note in the box below.
3. Click on the Steps Icon to see the steps for this MPRO.
4. Mark each step as you finish the step or click the box at the top to select them all at once.
5. A confirmation message tells you that the steps have been successfully completed for this Task.
6. You can click on the step to view the Step Summary before completing it.
7. When all the steps are completed, the number badge next to Steps turns green to indicate that step/steps are now complete.
On a CM Task, so there is only the 1 Required Step listed. This is the Pre-Task Analysis.
