3.3 Mobile App - As a Technician, how do I change the Equipment/Sub-Location on a Work Order?

Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.

This will only be done at the TASK level. In order to be able to change equipment on the task, it cannot have labor, parts, malfunctions, repair codes, etc. against it.  If there are any entries against the task, you will not be able to change the equipment.

1. From the icon screen select the Summary icon.

2. Select Equipment.

OR

4. Select a Sub-Location from the drop down and click OK.

5. Select SAVE.

If a sub-location was selected during Work Order creation, you must hit CLEAR to get back to the option of choosing a sub-location or equipment.

6. A message will display to confirm this action.
