Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.
This will only be done at the TASK level. In order to be able to change equipment on the task, it cannot have labor, parts, malfunctions, repair codes, etc. against it. If there are any entries against the task, you will not be able to change the equipment.
1. From the icon screen select the Summary icon.
2. Select Equipment.
3. Now search and select a new piece of equipment by entering an Asset ID or clicking the SEARCH EQUIPMENT button and filtering the equipment needed in the search bar.
OR
5. Select SAVE.
If a sub-location was selected during Work Order creation, you must hit CLEAR to get back to the option of choosing a sub-location or equipment.
