Sometimes, the Mobile App screen will display a black or white screen and does not display the login screen when opening the EFP Mobile app. To fix this issue, the Cache needs to be cleared.
Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.

1. To clear the Cache, click on Settings.

2. Click on the Safari App settings.

3. Scroll down to the option that says "Clear History and Website Data".

4. Select Clear.
