Once your P/S has planned the Task and scheduled it into weekly capacity, the Supervisors will use the Daily Scheduling screen to assign Technicians work for the day.
If you do not have a Supervisor or Team Lead at your site, the Planner/Scheduler or Manager will fulfill this responsibility.
They will schedule all Techs to 100% of their available capacity for the week, adjusting for Priority 1/2 Break-in Work as it arises.
When the Tech logs into the EFP Mobile App, the first screen they will see is the home screen. At the bottom next to the home screen button will be the MY WORK button. Once selected this will show all tasks the tech have been assigned to for the day. This document will walk through an overview of that screen.
Log into the mobile app and select the MY WORK button at the bottom.
1. The My Work view will load. This screen, by default, will show the Tasks for today for the Technician who is logged in.
2. Each Task assigned to the Tech for the displayed day will populate a line. To open that task simply select it.
3. The left arrow will allow the user to show the My Work screen for previous days.
4. The single day calendar acts as a 'home button' to come back to the current days view.
5. The multi-day calendar icon will open a pop-up calendar for the user to scroll and select any day for the My Work view.
6. The right arrow will allow the user to show the My Work screen for future days.
7. After Task selection, you would complete the work the same as normal.
Complete Steps, Labor Entries, Additional Notes (if needed), Parts (if used), Repair Codes (if a CM Task) and address any Malfunctions as required.
