Do NOT use your Site Production account to Practice! Site 0493 is specifically designed for you to be able to play around in, make mistakes and learn without any consequences to REAL data. A simple call to the Help Desk at 1-800-662-4001 can get you added to Site 0493.
To switch back to Offline mode click on the toggle again.
From here you can view, access, and work through all the information to complete the work order just like you would on a desktop computer.
