Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.
Status Monitor home page-

1. All Equipment - this will take the user to a list of ALL the equipment at the site. The equipment will be list in order - DOWN, REDUCED, UP and then IDLE.

2. Down Equipment - this will take the user to a list of the equipment at the site that is currently in a DOWN status. Alerts will be displayed in the specific status views.

3. Reduced Equipment - this will take the user to a list of the equipment at the site that is currently in a REDUCED status. Alerts will be displayed in the specific status views.

4. Up Equipment - this will take the user to a list of the equipment at the site that is currently in a UP status. Alerts will be displayed in the specific status views.

5. Idle Equipment - this will take the user to a list of the equipment at the site that is currently in a IDLE status (if there are any). Alerts will be displayed in the specific status views.

6. Asset ID
7. How long the equipment has been in its current Operating Status.
8. Asset Description
9. Sub-Location
10. Current Operating Status (this will only be visible in the All Equipment view).
11. Filter for the current view.
12. Here the user can change the Group Selection.

Filtering the different status views:
In the four different status views the alerts will be displayed on the left side.
14. Select one of the four status views.
16. Sub-Location - allows users to filter by specific Sub-Location(s). They can be chosen by selecting the dropdown.
17. Alert Type - this will allow the user to filter by alerts associated to the equipment.
Always select Apply and OK after selecting filter options.

Alerts - while viewing the equipment in a specific status view the user might see various badges on their line. Each badge has a specific meaning.

18. White badge - notes that a work order associated to this piece of equipment is safety related.
19. Red badge - notes that a PM work order associated to this piece of equipment is over due.
20. Yellow badge - notes that a PM work order associated to this piece of equipment is due today.
21. Green badge - notes that a PM work order associated to this piece of equipment is due within 6 days.
22. Gavel icon - notes that a work order associated to this piece of equipment has a regulatory task.
Users will only see ONE icon at a time. If the equipment has more than one alert the icon will be visible in order of importance: Safety (white), PM over due (red), PM due today (yellow), PM due within the next 6 days (green) and then the gavel.
Getting a summary of a piece of equipment:
23. From the home screen of the Mobile app, click on the Equipment tab.

24. Click the Filter icon to navigate to a different site. Select the correct Site from the dropdown and click Apply.
25. Select a task tile to access a list of all equipment in the corresponding category or use the Filter Icon to narrow your results down by Group Selection .
Gray - Access all
Red - Access Down equipment
Orange - Access Reduced equipment
Blue - Access Up equipment
26. Click on the equipment you would like to access a summary to or use the Filter Icon to filter the results down by Sublocation or Alert type selection.
27. A new tab will open that will take you to the Equipment view with the Summary, Meters (if applicable), Work Order and Tasks icons.
Summary icon - displays important information about the selected equipment.
Meters icon - displays the historical meter readings for the equipment. The user will also have the option to enter a new reading from this view. This will only show if the selected equipment has a meter associated to it.
Work Orders icon - displays the Work Orders associated to the selected piece of equipment. There is also the option to view a selected Work Order.
Tasks icon - displays the tasks associated to the selected piece of equipment. There is also the option to view a selected Task.

28. Click on SUMMARY for important information about the equipment.
Getting to a Task/Work Order causing downtime from the ESM:
29. From the Status Monitor, use the Filter Icon to navigate to a specific Site and/or select the red/DOWN tile.
30. Select a piece of Down/Reduced equipment or use the filter icon to filter results by Sublocation or Alert Type Selection.

32. Details of the malfunction will populate.

33. Both the Work Order ID and the Task ID that are listed are hyperlinks. These will take you to the work order or task that has an active malfunction.

- If there is more than one work order associated to the selected piece of equipment, it will also display in this view.
- More than one listing means you most likely have an overlapping malfunction. THIS NEEDS TO BE CLEARED UP IMMEDIATELY.
- If the task gets completed/closed with an overlapping malfunction, the site will be charged double downtime for any overlap.
