We need COI, add all details to Insurance database log and attach documents received
- It is important to add correct expiration date
Confirm with screen shot to who request to set up
- Please double check before you enter details, we do not want to duplicate COI.
Add all documents to L-drive, store records, insurance database records and forms, CERTS RCVD IN 2018, “company example GL AU WC 09.28.2019”
