7.2 Client Report Screen

Updated on

Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.

The default in the CLIENT is to run the report “wide open”  meaning that if you don’t enter anything in a field, it will pull all available data.

At a minimum, you should enter your four digit site number to limit the amount of data being pulled.

Search Area

1. Search Area - Use search fields to find correct report.

2. Header - Print button is used to start building the report.

3. Fields - Used to individualize report contents.

Ways to enter criteria:

  • Type in text, drop-down menus, search fields.
  • Fields will change with every report.
  • Some parameters are mandatory, red asterisk if mandatory.

If Site or Place ID does not auto-populate, ALWAYS enter it. If not the process will error out.

4. Clear button - Changes all parameters to Equals, do not Clear the fields unless exact information is accessible.

5. Select button: Used to save fields entered on this screen.

Saves as a search so you can easily use this search again.

  • Used to access frequently used reports with specific parameters.
  • Select Save As.
  • Title the search.
  • Can be made public but this is not recommended. Most likely you have customized the report for your site’s data, and no one other than you needs to see that.  Making it public will make the report visible to everyone who has client access.
  • To access saved search: Click the Select button > Click the Title of the saved search> Parameters will generate.
