8.7 | What if I can't see one of my customers in the eCommerce dashboard?

FMS Buyers/Site Service Reps/IPS Sales Reps have the capability to log in and "Masquerade" as their customers in order to process orders on their behalf on the eCommerce website.
If you do not see one of the companies that you need to place an order for, the company will need to be set up by the eCommerce administrator in an application called Bundle B2B.
It is a fairly straight forward process to link the company account to the FMS buyer/Rep account. Please request access by emailing [email protected].
