Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.
If a site has more than one warehouse or plant location associated with the Ship To address, the buyer is now able to select an Alternate Address when processing the PO.
1. From the Main Menu, go to Inventory>Purchasing >Purchase Order.
2. Determine which POs need to have the address changed to an alternate address.
3. The address will be the default address in the header. Click on the magnifying glass next to the address ID field.
4. All of the addresses associated with the ST Address will be shown. Highlight the address line associated with Plant 200.
5. Click OK.
6. The address is updated in the header.
7. An event tracks the address change.
From here, all the remaining PO functions will work the same as if this PO had a different address. For example, you can only bundle reqs for Site 493: Plant 200 with other Reqs that are for 493: Plant 200.
