Updated on

Essential Resources: To complete this training you must have access to eFactoryPro.

This training course will take you through canceling a task/work order.

Please keep in mind, you will want to cancel both the Work Order and the associated Task(s).  This will only be possible if there is NO work done against any of the Tasks under the Work Order.

Notice there are no Labor entries , Part Needs/Consumed Parts, Repair Codes or active Malfunction against this Work Order.

2. Click on the Task in the lower panel.

3. Hover over the red X.

This will tell the user that the Task/WO is able to be canceled.

4. Click on the Red X in the upper portion of the screen.

This will cancel both the Task and the Work Order in one step.

If the WO/Task that you are trying to cancel is a PM and it is OUT of its compliance window you will have to enter a Reason for Variance before canceling.
