Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.
1. From the Status Monitor, select a piece of Down/Reduced equipment.
2. Select Malfunctions button on the right panel. The default view in this panel will be Details. Information of the malfunction that has brought the machine down will now populate.
3. Both the Work Order ID and the Task ID that are listed are hyperlinks. These will take you to the work order or task that has an active malfunction.
- If there is more than one work order associated to the selected piece of equipment, it will also display in this view.
- More than one listing means you most likely have an overlapping malfunction. THIS NEEDS TO BE CLEARED UP IMMEDIATELY.
- If the task gets completed/closed with an overlapping malfunction, the site will be charged double downtime for any overlap.
4. By clicking either link, a new window will pop up with the Tech Portal displaying your selection in the lower panel.
