Updated on

Essential Resources: To complete this training you must have access to eFACTORYPRO.

This training course will take you through how to see the total number of machines according to their status.

1. From the home page of the Work Module, select the Equipment Status Monitor.

The home screen in the ESM will display quick views of all the sites that the user has access to. Each site square will display the number on machines that are DOWN, REDUCED, and UP.

2. Red = Down.

This is automatically displayed, sorted with the machine that has been down the longest first.

3. Yellow = Reduced.

This is automatically displayed, sorted with the machine that has been down the longest first.

4. Blue = UP.

This number will populate, as will the display when you click on the arrow.  This is sorted by Asset ID for ease of reference.

5. Once a site is selected from the home view, a more detailed look can be seen for that site.

Counts are displayed in real time within the sub-location menu.

Colors indicate the current status of the equipment,  e.g. Up, Down, Reduced.

The ESM is used as a quick visualization to indicate health of the site.
