5.4 Quick Reference Guide - ESM: Identifying Work Orders/Tasks causing Downtime as a Technician

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Start from the Home page of the Work Module.

2. From the main menu, click on the Equipment Status Monitor.

Note: Each tile represents a piece of equipment. The color of the tile indicates the current status of the equipment; e.g. Red tiles indicate the status of the equipment is down. If you have access to multiple sites you might have to select the correct one.

3. If groups are set up select the specific group the equipment is in. If not select All Equipment.

4. In the Search field located in the upper right corner, type in the Asset ID of the Down equipment.

5. Select the red tile of the equipment you are searching. The slider panel to the right will default to Details. Select Malfunctions.

6. The malfunction(s) will be listed at the top by Malfunction ID. Select the appropriate Malfunction.

7. The Work Order and Task numbers for that malfunction will be displayed in hyperlinks below the Malfunction IDs.

8. Select the Task(s) link to be taken directly to that Task in the Tech Portal.
