Updated on

Essential Resources: To complete this training you must have access to eFactoryPro.

This training course will take you through the process of adding personalized feedback on a Step in a Task.

Technicians have the ability to give feed back and/or rate the process or specific steps contained in a task.

Adding Feedback from the Feedback Icon:

1. Find your Task.

2. Select the Steps icon.

There will be 2 ways to get to the steps to add feed back. The user can can use the +FEEDBACK button or the blue + buttons next to each step.

3. If the user selects the +FEEDBACK button the first option will be to Add Feedback.

Here the user will be able to rate the steps and add a comment. This will be feedback for ALL the steps. A 1-5 Star rating and comment will be required before saving.

The feedback is now available for review by your Planner/Scheduler. They will now either accept or reject the feedback.

If the task you are working on is a task with no numbered Job Plan attached or its a Master Job plan there will not be feedback options (ie - the icons will not be there). In this case the tech would add any information to the Notes section and notify your Planner/Scheduler.

This will help us build out reusable job plans in the future.
