This training course will take you through what users will see according to their access.
The home page a user will sees upon entering the ESM will look different according to the access the user has to different sites.
1. If a user has access to ONE site and that site does NOT have any groups set up the landing page will look like this.
This view will go straight into the equipment view.
2. If the user has access to ONE site and that site has ESM groups set up the landing page will look like this.
3. To see the groups that are set up select either the site at the top or the populated site window.
This landing page will show all the groups previously set up by a user with Supervisor credentials.
4. If the user has access to MULTIPLE sites the landing page will look like this. The different site (under one customer) will be displayed in the top line.
5. If that site has groups set up by a Supervisor this is the view the user will see after selecting a specific site from the line or from a site window that populated on the bottom.
6. If no groups have been set up the user will be taken straight to the All Equipment view.
