2.24 As a Technician, what will I see in the Task/Work Order summary under Skill Sets?

This training course will take you through what you will see in the Task/Work Order summary under Skillsets?

While on the Summary icon on a task or a work order there is a section labeled Skill Sets (you may have to scroll down to see it). What will be displayed here will vary slightly depending on if the user is looking at the Task or the Work Order.

WORK ORDER:

From this view the user will see the Task (or Tasks) ID, the name of the Skill set, the Duration set for the task, and the assigned technician. This can have NO information if it wasn't entered in the planning portal, or it can have multiple skill sets/technicians listed.

TASK:

From this view the user will see the the name of the Skill Set, the Duration set for the task, and the assigned technician. This can have NO information if it wasn't entered in the planning portal, or it can have multiple Skill Sets/technicians listed.

NO SKILL SET:

eFactoryPro - Work Module - Google Chrome

If there has been NO skill set/assigned tech to a Work Order or Task this section will show NO RECORDS.
