2.7 As a Technician, how do I print off a PM in the Work Module?

Essential Resources: To complete this training you must have access to eFactoryPro and Power BI Reporting.

This training course will take you through the process of printing of a PM.

Printing PM Task Steps for a Single Task:

1. From the Work Management Module task screen, select the All Open PMs view.

2. Select a PM.

3. Select the Print Task button.

If this is the first time you are printing a task/PM, you will be prompted to log in and will be taken to the report viewer.

4. Another window will display the PM (including all information and steps).

5. Right click anywhere on the document and select PRINT.

6. Choose the desired settings and destination.

7. Select Print.

If you prefer to print multiple PM Tasks at once, navigate to the ATS Reports Server as follows:

9. Select Ats_Fms_Reports.

10. Select Work Order Print.

11. Populate the parameters with information required for desired list of PMs.

Most importantly is the 4-digit Site Number.

12. Select View Report.

13. The list of PMs will populate under the parameters. Select the small arrow on the separating line to make the parameters disappear and have the list go full screen.

14. To print of the list of PMs that was generated, select the Print button.

15. Select the preferred format.

16. Select Print. This will convert the PM into a PDF.

17. On the next screen select Print again.

18. After printing, select Done.
