3.8 As a Technician, how can I run a Report with my time stamps (Labor) for the week in the Work Module?

Essential Resources: To complete this training you must have access to eFactoryPro and Power BI Reporting.

This training will take you through how to run a Report with your time stamps (Labor) for the week.

1. Select the red arrow at the top of the page.

3. Select Reports.

4. Select Browse.

5. Select Ats_Fms_Reports.

6. From the list of Reports, select "Accumulated Labor".

To save a specific report to the FAVORITES folder, click the three-dot icon and select "Add to Favorites."

7. Enter the four-digit site number.

8. Enter the time frame for the labor report (default will be the last month).

9. Enter Tech USER ID.

10. Select the correct Time Zone.

Entering the correct time zone is very important. Failing to do so will affect the results of the labor report.

11. Select View Report.

More parameters can be added to make a more specific list.

12. Once the report is built, the parameters parts of the report viewer can be hidden by selecting the arrow button.

13. To export your labor report, select the drop-down arrow next to the floppy disk icon.

The user will have multiple choices on file formats to export.

14. To print the labor report, select the printer icon.
