3.21 As a Technician, how do I view equipment service history in the Work Module?

This training will take you through how to view equipment service history in the Work Module.

This will be a way to see all the Work Orders and Tasks that have ever been put against a specific piece of equipment.

1. Log into the Work Management Module and select the Equipment tab.

2. Select a piece of equipment.

3. Select the Work Orders icon in the lower panel.

The number in the green badge is the number of Work Orders associated to the chosen piece of equipment.

4. To view a specific Work Order, select the WO ID button to the left.

Clicking the WO ID link takes you directly into the details for that work order in a new window.  

5. To view a specific Task, select the TASKS icon.

The number in the green badge is the number of Tasks associated to the chosen piece of equipment.

6. From the list of tasks, select the Task ID link on the left to view that specific task.

Clicking the Task ID link takes you directly into the details for that work order in a new window.  

7. Users will also have the option to select the VIEW MORE button to see a complete list of work orders or tasks associated to this piece of equipment in their respective views.
