3.20 How do I get to the Reporting Server?

Updated on

Essential Resources: To complete this training you must have access to eFactoryPro.

This training will take you through how to get to the Reporting Server.

The Reporting Server can be reached via your internet browser to print off the reports that were previously available only through the CLIENT.

1. Enter this address in the URL: https://ssrs.advancedtech.com/Reports/browse/Ats_Fms_Reports

2. Enter your credentials to sign in.

3. The report viewer will load in your browser.

4. Click on the ATS FMS Reports.

If the reporting server is slow or not responding, you may want to try accessing the Internal Reporting Server.

You must be VPN'd in to use this option:  https://ssrs-internal.advancedtech.com/Reports

5. A list of all reports will load.

6. There may be just a few reports you actually use out of this list.

You can add those to your Favorites so that you can find them easier. For this example we are using the Billable PO report

6.1. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the report name tile.

6.2. Click Add to Favorites.  This report will now show up in the Favorites tab of your report viewer.

6.3. Click on the Report Name to open or choose the option from the drop-down menu.

7. The Criteria window will load for the report.

8. Enter your selection criteria.

In this case we entered:

  • Receiving Date To
  • Receiving Date From
  • Site Number
  • Markup Percent

9. A message appears showing that your report is loading.

If you entered the wrong criteria, you could hit Cancel here to stop the report generation.

10. The report loads in the report viewer.

11. To export the report, click on the floppy disc icon and choose the file type format.
