3.24 Equipment Screen Navigation

The EQUIPMENT screen is a place you users can find information about a specific piece of equipment or start a Work Order also.

1. Table Filters - this will allow users to search for a specific piece of equipment.

2. +Work Order - will allow the user to start the Work Order creation process from a selected piece of equipment.

3. Equipment grid view - this will populate all the equipment at a site or whatever has been filtered.

Columns will be:

  • Asset ID
  • MFG
  • Asset Description
  • Internal Description
  • Serial
  • Building Location
  • Sub-Location
  • Operating Status
  • Criticality
  • Cost Center

4. Summary - will give all information about the selected piece of equipment.

Info included:

  • Asset ID
  • Equipment Criticality
  • Current Operating Status
  • Manufacturer
  • Model
  • Serial
  • Asset Description
  • Internal Description
  • Sub-Location
  • Building Location
  • Cost Center

4.1. The Summary can also be edited by selecting the EDIT button.

Fields that can be edited:

  • Asset ID
  • Description
  • Serial
  • Equipment Group
  • Equipment Criticality
  • Current Operating Status
  • Production Schedule
  • Team
  • Control Type
  • Building Location
  • Sub-Location
  • Site Ref 1
  • Site Ref 2
  • Cost Center

5. Meters - this is where a meter reading can be entered and will give the user all the information about past reading of the metered equipment. This icon will ONLY be shown when the selected equipment is a metered piece of equipment.

Info included:

  • Meter Name
  • Reading Date
  • Reading Type
  • Value
  • Total Meter Value

8. Attachment - this is where any attachments associated to the equipment can be viewed/edited.

9. View More - this button will take you to the Tasks or Work Order Home Screens.
