The EQUIPMENT screen is a place you users can find information about a specific piece of equipment or start a Work Order also.
1. Table Filters - this will allow users to search for a specific piece of equipment.
2. +Work Order - will allow the user to start the Work Order creation process from a selected piece of equipment.
3. Equipment grid view - this will populate all the equipment at a site or whatever has been filtered.
Columns will be:
- Line selection box. This will be available for equipment (assets) only, NOT sublocations.
- Asset ID
- MFG
- Asset Description
- Internal Description
- Serial
- Building Location
- Sub-Location
- Operating Status
- Criticality
- Cost Center
4. Multi Select Column
The check boxes to edit will only be on the lines that are ASSETS, not Sublocations. The Select All button will only be available if there are less than 50 assets in that site. The Edit Selected Equipment button will allow the user to add a Field and Value to the selected assets.

5. Summary - will give all information about the selected piece of equipment.

- Model
- Serial
- Asset Description

5.1. The Summary can also be edited by selecting the EDIT button.

- Equipment Criticality

- Sub-Location
- Site Ref 1
- Site Ref 2
- Cost Center
***To see the option for Affected Equipment during Work Order creation please make sure the Equipment Group is set to Tool and Die***
6. Meters - this is where a meter reading can be entered and will give the user all the information about past reading of the metered equipment. This icon will ONLY be shown when the selected equipment is a metered piece of equipment.
Info included:
Meter Details-
- Meter Name
- Reading Date
- Reading Type
- Value
- Total Meter Value
Historical Meter Readings-
- Meter Name
- Reading Date
- Reading Type
- Value
- Total Meter Value
- Comments
If there is more than one meter associated to the Asset there will be a drop down to select another meter.

7. Work Orders - this is where users can see what Work Orders have been put against a specific piece of equipment. Each Work Order displayed will have a hyperlink to that work order. The green badge on the icon will tell users how many Work Orders are associated to the equipment.

- Description
- WO Type
- Status
- Created (Date)
8. Tasks - this is where users can see what Tasks have been put against a specific piece of equipment. Each Task displayed will have a hyperlink to that Task. The green badge on the icon will tell users how many Tasks are associated to the equipment.

- Description
- WO Type
- Task Type
- Status
- Created (Date)
10. View More - this button will take you to the Tasks or Work Order Home Screens.
