Editing a single asset:
1. Select the check box on the asset line.
2. Select the Edit Selected Equipment button.
3. The Edit Equipment pop-up will appear.
4. Select a FIELD from the drop down.
5. Select a VALUE for that field.
In the FIELD drop down the users will see:
- Building Location
- Control Type
- Cost Center
- Criticality
- Production Schedule
- R360 Integrated
- Site Ref 1
- Site Ref 2
- Sub-Location
- Team
Value will have specific choices that are dependent on the choice of FIELD and those choices will be SITE SPECIFIC.
6. Select SAVE.
7. A confirmation message will appear.
8. The update will populate in the Equipment Summary.
Editing MULTIPLE assets:
The max number of assets that can be selected is 50. All assets can be edited at the same time but must all be the SAME edit. For example - If a user selects 20 assets they will NOT get 20 different screens to make edits on. They will see ONE and that added info will be the same for all 20.
9. This will follow the same process as above but users will start off selecting up to 50 assets.
10. If a site has more than 50 assets the Select All button will not be available.
