Updated on

Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.

There is an App in Power BI that will give you a great overview of the performance of Inventory Management at your site.  This App is open to any ATS Site, you just have to have a Power Bi license (which is requested through MyEnterprise) and then load the app.

1. Log into Power BI.

This can be accessed from the Office 365 App Waffle or from the link on the ATS Home Page.

2. If the panel is collapsed, click on the three lines to expand and see the options below.

3. Click on Apps from the menu.

4. The Apps you have previously added will load.

5. Click the "Get Apps" button in the upper right corner.

6. The App panel will load.  The default is to My Organization.  Be sure not to change that.

7. Enter supply chain in the search field and click the magnifying glass.

8. The apps will load below.  Click on the "Supply Chain Site View Metrics" panel.

9. Click the "Get it Now" button.

10. A confirmation message shows you that the App is loading.

11. You will see that App now loaded in your list.  Click on it to access.

You can click on the Star to add to Favorites.

12. Once you go into the App, there is an incredible amount of information available to you!

13. At the top of each tile, you can see when the data was last refreshed.

14. To look at a specific report, click on the title.

15. For each report, there are a number of filter options.  In our example below, we are looking at the Site Open Req report, filtered for just one site.

16. In some cases, you can click on one of the buttons to filter the options.  This is the case with the Materials/GNS.  To see just one or the other, click the button.

17. In other cases, you can click the drop-down to narrow your selection.

18. If a pie chart is presented, click on a part of the chart to filter the details.

19. Finally, you can export the data by clicking on the three dots.
