A dashboard is an introduction to the underlying reports and datasets, it is a single page with highlights of a report.
Tiles
1. Define the audience to have a better understanding of what needs to go in the dashboard.
2. Giving titles to all tiles pinned to a dashboard provides context for the data being displayed.
Titles allow to easier identify tiles when selecting shapes in Power BI Tiles Pro.
