3.6 How can I get an overview of my sites Supply Chain performance?

To complete this process you will need access to the Power BI app.

There is an App in Power BI that will give you a great overview of the performance of Inventory Management at your site.  This App is open to any ATS Site, you just have to have a Power Bi license (which is requested through MyEnterprise) and then load the app.

1. Log into Power BI.

This can be accessed from the Office 365 App Waffle or from the link on the ATS Home Page.

2. Click on Apps from the menu.

3. The Apps you have previously added will load.

4. Once you go into the App, there is an incredible amount of information available to you!

5. At the top of each tile, you can see when the data was last refreshed.

6. To look at a specific report, click on the title.

7. For each report, there are a number of filter options.  In our example below, we are looking at the Grief Analysis report, filtered for all sites. The different reports will all look a little different but all will work in a similar way.

8. In some cases, you can click on one of the buttons to filter the options.  This is the case with the Status of Open/Resolved.  To see just one or the other, click the button.  

9. In other cases, you can click the drop-down to narrow your selection.

10. To share select the Share button.

11. Finally, you can export the data by clicking on the Export button.
