The Business Intelligence and Reporting Portal has a Recommended Tile which will take you to virtually everything you need. In addition to this, there are specific tiles that you can use to get to specific information. This document will cover the Supply Chain Tile.
1. Log into Power BI.
2. Go to Apps from the Menu.
3. Choose Get App from the upper left corner.
4. Click on Organizational Apps.
5. In the upper right corner, type in Business and click the magnifying glass to load.
6. Find the Business Intelligence and click on the Get It Now hyperlink.
7. Click on the Supply Chain Tile to see what is contained within.
In this case, there are eight options:
- FMS Materials Dashboard App
- Site View Metrics App
- Link to SCS eFactoryPro Wiki
- Supply Chain App
- Storeroom Dashboard App
- Link to Materials Page (Problem PO Tracking, Grief log & Subcontractor Insurance)
- Materials Usage Analysis App
- Link to Purchasing Page (Problem PO Tracking, Grief log & Subcontractor Insurance)
In most cases, the app is installed when you click on the tile.
8. From this screen, you can return to the BI Portal home screen by clicking on the arrow or home icon in the upper left.
