In April 2021, ATS changed the way that sites will access the data in the FMS Metrics Dashboard. Instead of navigating to individual reports, you will now navigate through bookmarks in a single report. This has changed many of the ways that basic functions are performed.
CONSUMER LICENSE:
If you have a Consumer license, you will NOT be able to make changes to your reports.
- Please contact [email protected] for assistance.
- They will create the reports for you and share them with you.
PROFESSIONAL LICENSE:
You still need to set up a meeting with FMS System Support.

- They will either walk you through how to do it yourself or will create the reports for you.
Even if you have Owner/Admin status for your site workspace, and have a professional license, you need to schedule a meeting with FMS System Support so that you don't accidentally mess up your navigation and filters.
If bookmarks are accidentally changed, you will not be able to navigate through the reports.
