It is always a good idea to stay on top of your data!!! If you update data older than 4 months, you will not see the changes until the following Monday. (It refreshes Sunday overnight.) If your data is older than 13 months, it may not be worth updating. The changes will not show up until the second day of the next month.
Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings.
The downtime metric is directly related to the production schedule on the equipment record. If your production schedule is listed as PSNONE, it basically means that the machine is NOT used for Production - and any downtime against the machine will not be counted in your metrics.
1. To check the Production Schedule, go to Service >Equipment.
2. Expand the Red Chevron in the Search Field.
3. Under the General Tab, enter the Asset ID.
4. It's a good idea to also enter your four-digit site number.
5. Click the green magnifying glass and the record loads.
6. The Production Schedule is located in the middle column in the header.
7. To change the schedule, click on the magnifying glass at the end of the field.
8. Hit the Clear Button to remove the Place ID and then the Search button to load all schedules.
9. Scroll down to find the proper schedule. Double click to select or highlight and click OK.
All schedules for your site will begin with your 4 digit site number.
10. Press the Save button to accept the change.
This equipment now shows a 17x6 Production schedule and that is what the metrics would be driven from.
